Annual Parochial Church Meetings

Our churches are part of the Diocese of Exeter within the wider Church of England. Each year we hold an Annual Parochial Church Meeting for each parish. The meeting will elect the Churchwardens and will be presented with a number of reports.

Anyone on the electoral roll or resident within the parish is entitled to take part in the meetings. If you are unsure of the boundaries of either parish, you can view them here.

The Annual Parochial Church Meeting will take place on Tuesday 13th May at 7.30pm at St Matt’s Church, Lower Summerlands, Exeter, EX1 1LJ.

A woman with long blonde hair wearing a yellow shirt and a lanyard stands in front of a group of children in a classroom or meeting room, smiling and talking. The children are seated at a wooden table and appear to be listening or working. There is a large black TV screen on the wall and framed photographs, plants, and office supplies in the background.
A man with a beard and short hair, wearing a green shirt, is handing a dark blue mug to another man in a black jacket. They are inside a cafe or coffee shop with a counter that has jars filled with colorful stirrers and metallic appliances for making drinks.
