Our Mission
We exist to be a beating heart for the city of Exeter and beyond. Our aim is for everyone, whoever they are and whatever their story, to know and experience God's love.
Our History
People have been worshipping at our churches since Victorian times. Though the city has changed and grown, we continue to seek ways to best serve our communties and meet their needs.
Our Story
2019 saw the Bishop of Exeter, with backing from the Revitalise Trust and support from the Church of England's Strategic Development Funding (SDF), welcome a team from across the HTB Network to transform St Matt's into a resource church with a focus particularly on mission towards young families, youth and students.
Our Churches
In 2023, St Andrew's, Exwick, joined the family. Staff, volunteers and resources began supporting the ministry already happening in Exwick and growing it further.
Our Group
Co Church was launched in 2025 to become a group of churches deeply united by shared culture, vision and values. We believe God is calling us to be co-workers with Him to see our communities transformed and people's lives changed.
